I hope you all remember the interview of Michael Pick, the light-bulb engineer at Automattic Inc. Today, I present the interview with Ian Ozsvald, a professional screencaster. The professional journey of Ian is pretty interesting and I’m sure the in-depth answers that he has given will surely benefit you in case you are planning to do screencasts professionally or for your own blog.
It’s been long time since we published any interview and its been pleasure that I got to conduct an e-mail interview with one of the most respected WordPress Guru i.e. Jeff Chandler. For those, who don’t know Jeff, he’s one passionate WordPress user and a Pro-blogger. He is a freelance blogger and maintains various blogs ranging from Performancing and BloggerTalks. People who know me personally would know that I’m a firm believer of the fact that videos and screencasts are going to be pretty huge on the internet and that they will play important role in the success of any blog. I was fortunate enough to conduct an e-mail interview with Michael Pick. Michael recently joined Automattic(the company behind WordPress, bbPress, BuddyPress, Akismet etc.) as a LightBulb Engineer (Michael has explained the idea behind this enlightening position in this interview itself) and his job is to create Screencasts for WordPress. Prior to taking up the job at Automattic, Michael used to run Smash Cut Media – where he offered professional screencasting services.
