Cannot activate "Edge"

    I have just uploaded "Edge" into my server but I have a problem activating the theme. I received the following error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_pagenavi() (previously declared in /home/thegivin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pagenavi.php:31) in /home/thegivin/public_html/wp-content/themes/BlogDesignStudioEdge/functions.php on line 198

    Can anybody please tell me what's wrong? And what should I do about it?
