Well, I'm sure most of us have accessed forums before and many of have spend nights in posting information, talking and making friends in those forums. The reason we started this forum was to ensure that all of us can share our knowledge with each other and help in becoming a better blogger/internet marketer.

However, until and unless we know each other - it won't be that strong community and we need a very strong community to ensure that we all can be what we always wanted to be.

I will now introduce myself and will love to know everyone of you too -

    Name - Mayank
    Location - New Delhi, India
Full time profession - Blogging/Freelance writing/Partner - Blog Design Studio

My existing blogs - Blog Design Studio & ReviewSaurus

Blogging Goals - To be one of the biggest wordpress theme makers of all time & to help others in becoming a better blogger.

Please tell us about you and don't forget to mention about your blog and your blogging goals, whatever you want to share about you - feel free to do that.

  3. Hi everyone!

I'm AmyL, and I blog at http://www.earnestparenting.com I am the mother of 4 boys (two sets of twins) that I home school. I've been writing for Earnest Parenting for over a year. I have also started a new blog at http://www.doorwaytheaters.com that is about puppet theaters I am selling. Right now the site is just barely up so I am working every night on getting it polished so I can launch.

My blogging goals are to get the parenting site many more subscribers and establish it as an authority blog. I'd like to sell all the theaters I've made with the other blog (it's a fund raiser for an addiction recovery center locally). If the theater site proves popular, I may continue making theaters or sell affiliate products through it. Those decisions will be made in the next few months.

Mayank, thank you very much for the blog theme. I want to start another blog or two in the future and it will definitely come in handy.

  4. Hello,

I am Mary Pat Whaley and I recently launched my first blog, www.managemypractice.com. I have been working in the field of physician practice management for close to 25 years. I've noticed that lots of baby boomers are having trouble keeping up with technology, and I am hopeful that my blog will help managers of all ages keep up with the changes in technology and the changes in healthcare. Boomers my age have 15 to 20 years to work, and without access to technology, their opportunities in the job market may be limited.

My husband and I both launched blogs together, even though our blogs and our goals are very different. My husband blogs about food and wine, and is very casual about it. My blog is related to my professional interests, and I'm really caught up in the fun of finding and writing about topics.

My blogging goal is to build a site that will allow me to slow down my 9-5 job and be supported full-time by the blog by the time I retire. I love to network, meet people and get to know who the are and what they're all about. I hope blogging will allow me to spend more time with my husband, travel a bit, and continue to use my brain as I age gracefully!

I would be thrilled to have someone critique my site, and I am very appreciative of the great theme. Thanks so much for supporting the contest - it's been lots of fun.

  10. Hi Mayank,

Thanks for the compliment. One of my most successful recent posts is about knowing the difference between "it's" and "its" and using the two words correctly when writing. This really surprised me. Why do you think this topic struck a chord with readers?

    Hey Mary,

It really depends on the traffic you get. If there are lot of people who come from those countries where the native language is not english, then it will surely attract them. I read the post and found it pretty nice and simple and have stumbled it too :)

So may be the simplicity of the post helped in its popularity :)
