I just installed your StudioWordpress theme on my blog and I must say... I absolutely love it!!
I had one question however that I cannot seem to figure out. In the screenshots that I saw of your theme there's a small thumbnail pic by every post. How can I make that appear on my blog's frontpage:

I can't tell for sure which screenshot You are referring to. Is this regarding the image used for the Available Themes page from where You switch the themes?
However, a feature with standardization of image size is not used in this theme but you can achieve this from Wordpress Admin itself when including an image in the post.
Otherwise it has been considered as an idea and if enough interest is shown we could add this as a feature in an Updated version of the theme.
