After the release of our first free premium theme and the great response and feedback, we decided to work on our next premium theme and the result was in the form of Edge theme. We decided to keep it minimalist and with the focus on content and with simple UI to ensure that visitor can reach the content without much efforts.

What are the features :

1. Cool blog needs cool effects : Edge theme features a wonderful and cool looking javascript effect. Visitors get to see the headlines of five recent posts and when they mouse over the headlines, they get to see the excerpt. And if the visitor will like the excerpt or if it will generate enough interest then they can always read the full article by going to the main article page.

2. Advertisement Ready : We know that many blogs survive because they get sponsorships and we’ve given a wonderful way to help the bloggers manage the ads in the sidebar. You can even have a page which gives the details of available options and is linked via the link next to the 125×125 ads in the sidebar.

Edge also integrates Google adsense and the ads can be activated right from the options panel. Google ads are only displayed in the inner pages and at the top of the content, to ensure they get good attention and that they can generate more money for you.

3. Feedburner Integration : Just like Blog Design Studio’s Premiere theme, we have ensured that your readers can easily subscribe to your blog’s feed and if you prefer to use excellent Feedburner service then it becomes equally easy for you to integrate it too.

4. Google Analytics : As a blog owner, we all want to know that from where the readers are coming and we want to check the analytics of the visitors. Google Analytics is one such wonderful tool and we have ensured that it can be easily integrated in your blog through options panel itself.

5. Theme in a theme : The advantage of Edge theme is that it comes with one more color variation, so if you think that your readers are getting bored with one color, you can always surprise them with the other color in every few days.

2. Developer License – If you are a developer and want to build beautiful looking blogs for your clients based on Edge theme then feel free to buy this license at the discounted price of $149
