In the earlier versions of WordPress, the only way to change it’s behavior was to change the core files of WordPress. That was never considered as safe and was never simple for those programers who didn’t have much experience with PHP/MySql. However, with newer versions, WordPress started supporting both plugins & themes and with that the need to play around with the core files diminished.
There were times when search engine optimizers were completely against Flash based websites and suggested the webmasters to not have flash based content on their websites. However, after Google made changes in how its bots dealt with flash content, we can be rest assured that we’d see more use of flash in blogs or website designs!
My eyes froze on a post that read “How I find customers and make money with Twitter” while I was going through my feed reader. I was curious to know that what are the other tricks that Twitter users are using to market their products or services. I’ll say that there was nothing new in that post, however I realized that I haven’t shared this simplest trick with any one of you.
Brian Clark, co-founder of DIY themes recently published a post on his blog. Post’s title read – “what’s the big deal about the thesis theme for WordPress anyway?” And then he gave the example of all the bloggers that are using this ever so famous theme. He has all the reason to brag about the fact that Matt Cutts, Darren, Danny Sullivan, Jermiah Andrick and around 5000 bloggers are using that one single theme. Without a doubt, its one of the most popular premium themes after the Revolution theme by Brian Gardner.
I would like to apologize to every for not posting regularly and not keeping up to the promise of completing Darren’s 31 day to build a better blog challenge. That challenge is still in my mind and I’ll surely cover each and every day of it. It was just that my experience with public internet connection wasn’t going too well for me.
I recently came across this wonderful blog design element that was incorporated by 77Agency and I’ve to say – Hats off! to your creativity, who so ever came up with this idea. Now let me tell you that what the idea is. They feature good links around the blogsphere and call it 77NewsPaper. They’ve created a small background that resembles like a newspaper and in the middle they display those active links. I call it brilliance in creativity!
