There was a time, when Google was literally giving away Google Adsense accounts to publishers and one of the easiest trick was to apply through Google’s Blogger.com. However, now a days I’m hearing that Google isn’t approving the Adsense accounts so easily. They do a thorough check of every application before they approve it. I’ve even heard that Google isn’t entertaining any publisher whose blog/website isn’t more than 6 months old (I can’t confirm it, it sounds rumor to me).

Daniel recently found out that how the old feedburner address was not getting redirected to the new feed address, that were assigned to all the feeds after Feedburner started shifting to Google servers. This means that all those bloggers, who didn’t update their feed address will have to move a lil bit and will need to update their blog’s feed address.
Our beloved reader, Human3rror asked a question and I thought that it would be great to write a blog post on the same topic and instead of just letting the question die in comments. The answer to Human3rror’s question is that I use PlanetOZH’s Better Feed plugin and I believe that by far it’s one of the most powerful feed footer plugin available for WordPress.
One important part of blogging is that one needs to keep himself up-to date, with all the happenings, news, events (or what ever you want to call it) of the particular subject on which one starts a blog. However, because there are so many blogs, online newspapers and various other media from where one can find information, it gets difficult to keep a track of each and everything. RSS readers help in reducing this pain, however information overload can make life difficult too.
Some time back, I’d written a follow up post on Daniel’s post; “Should you really write about what you love if you want to make money online?” In that post, I vouched for the idea of starting the blog on the topic of your interest and I still vouch for the same. However, there are people who just want to make money out of blogs and aren’t bothered about starting the blog of their own interest. The question arises, that how do they find out that on which topic one should start the blog and why one should start on that particular topic?
