I like IntenseDebate a lot as it helps me a lot in making replies from the dashboard, block spam and a whole lot that one can reap the benefits out of this yet another Automattic company. Although, is in beta phase and often gives slight errors, however still it is a wonderful tool that we can rely on and should continue to use it. However, there is one glitch due to which you may face problem in the theme. Generally, its the sidebar of your theme that will go below the section (provided you’ve used the standard blog page structure).

Around 30 odd hours before, I did the best thing for my blog. I installed IntenseDebate WordPress plugin on my blog. Although, this takes away the beautiful form (for which we’ve been featured as well) still it was worth putting the plugin as it gives various other features which make my life simple.
