As you know that we are shifting our blog from Dreamhost servers to WPWebhost servers. We were expecting few issues that you may come across, however didn’t expect that there will be issues that we’ll come across. Anyway, it seems that the all the blogs were transfered properly and without any issues, however there is some problem that I’m facing right now.

I’m getting a blank WordPress dashboard when I try to login to WordPress. When I try to publish any article using a desktop blog editor, I get an error; however the post gets published. Good thing is that everything is under control and you should be able to access all the areas of this website without any issues [in case you find any issues, please do let us know].

Even though, I’m facing this issue – I would say that I was pretty happy with the support given by WPWebhost team and I’m sure that they’ll be able to look into this issue as well. They were prompt with their service and did the move in no time, I think it was my bad luck that only this blog got affected with that issue (that too in backend and not that serious) and rest all other blogs have moved successfully and without any glitches.

  1. may be you need to ask your web host to increase memory_limit in php.ini to a higher value.

  2. had the exact same thing happen. had to reinstall on a new mysql dbase and do from scratch.

    • @john – I think I was lucky enough to have Rajesh with me ;) I didn’t have to go through the tedious task of setting up the whole blog once again!
