This supports arabic as well, however its not an XML based sitemap, still its good enough for SEO purpose. I've tried so much for the past few months, even went as far as trying to write it manually but this is just too much. I've found a post about changing the "collation" in myPHPadmin yet there is no mention about the arabic package for me to pick from.
