		<description>well, in some repositories you won&#039;t find most up to date version and thus installing with yum may get you older version of those platforms. One really should know the PROs and CONs of the versions they are using. For e.g. PHP 5.3.2 or 5.3.3 had issues.. (i don&#039;t remember exactly) and thus created problems for many webmasters. As you are making a fresh install, I would suggest that Yum will be a better option, its easy to install like that at the end of the day, just check which script you plan to use and if its compatible with those softwares :) Although, following the installation guides will ensure that you&#039;ll know whats going on at a closer level and thus will increase the understanding of linux system as such.</description>
